Who we are

Andrew Builds It is operated by Andrew. You can contact us at info@andrewbuilds.it.com.

No cookies or tracking

This site does not use cookies, analytics, or any other tracking technology. Nothing is stored in your browser and no consent banner is needed, because there is nothing to consent to.

What data we collect

If you use the contact form on this site, we collect the information you type into it: your name, email address, and the content of your message.

We do not deliberately log your IP address anywhere in this process. As is standard for most websites, our hosting provider may keep basic server access logs (which can include IP addresses) as part of running the infrastructure — we have not audited this in detail and are not using it for any purpose beyond that.

Legal basis for processing

We process the information you submit on the basis of your consent, given by filling in and submitting the contact form.

How we use your data

Your submission is used solely to respond to your enquiry — to understand what you need and get back to you.

How long we keep it

We keep your submission only for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and any resulting conversation. There is currently no fixed retention period or automatic deletion schedule — if you would like your information deleted at any point, contact us and we will remove it.

Sharing your data

Your data is not sold or shared with any third party. It is used only to respond to you directly.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete or object to our processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email info@andrewbuilds.it.com and we will respond as soon as we can.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how your data has been handled, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

A note on future changes

This policy covers the current scope of this site: a marketing page with a contact form. Several services listed on this site (such as SMS automation and the AI chatbot) are still in development. Once any of those go live and start processing data on behalf of customers, that is a materially bigger scope than a simple contact form, and this policy will need a proper update before that happens.
